OUR GUARANTEE
As professionals, we raise Happy, Healthy Puppies. We spoil each one with attention, so it is well socialized and has less stress leaving it's familiar surroundings. Every puppy is checked by our veterinarian before it goes to it's new home. Insuring that it is 100% healthy and parasite free.
Our health guarantee is for 7 days into the new home. This is a HEALTH guarantee, for the vaccinations and preventive medications, etc, that we have given. We must be notified immediately of a problem. We DO NOT reimburse for medications or veterinary fees for any reason. If within 12 months from the date of birth, your pup is diagnosed as having a debilitating, hereditary defect, that prevents your puppy from serving you as a companion pet, we will replace it with another of the same breed as one becomes available. Claims must be accompanied by a Veterinarian Statement With FULL Explanation of the problem, lab tests results, medications, current vaccinations, ect. Positive indentification must be made by a licensed Vet. This must be sent to us within 7 days of the first visit to your vet. A licensed veterarian will interpret the report.
We reserve the right to ask for a second opinion at our expense and the option of the puppies return before a replacement will be made. If a difference of oponion occurs, we will adhere to the advice and or diagnosis of OUR Veterinarian.
Hypoglycemia IS NOT covered under this warranty. Due to the fact that some breeds are prone to inherit weaknesses that do not constitute congenital abnormalities in nature. They do not qualitify under the 12 month provision. If you are not familiar with Hypoglycemia, please research, this could endanger the puppy's life, result in a trip to the vet & expenses, that could have been prevented. This is very common in TOY Breeds.
We DO NOT guarantee againist human error, such as not keeping th puppy warm, & etc.
Your new little one comes to you with a detailed Medical Record.
We guarantee a healthy companion, but do not guarantee adult size, color, or temperment, nor fitness for breeding. Our guarantee is to the purchaser only and expires if the pup is transferred to another party.
A $100 deposit to hold a puppy is non-refundable. Only if the puppy of your choice becomes totally unavailable because of a medical condition, will it be refunded. All other circumstances must be in full agreement by the purchaser & Raintree Country Kennel Owners.
